  7. allows for time and date sensitive tracking of information in a contact
  8. management type of environment.  Provided user defined data types for the
  9. tracking of specific notes by:  user, date & time, Location, Department,
  10. related to a variety of items including:  Customers, Inventory Items,
  11. Accounts.  The system allows for the scheduling of future calls, meetings and
  12. action items.  Based on user definition, the system will provide for suggested
  13. action and system generated activities based on note types.  The system
  14. provides for extensive activity detail and recap reporting base on a number of
  15. criteria.
